A) RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (THE TRAINEE):

  • The trainee must deliver completely and truely the documents and informations to the company.
  • The trainee must pay cash the service fee to the company accounts within the agreement day.
  • The trainee may attend the course/exam which has not been attended before, if the company deems suitable.
  • The trainee can not hold the company responsible for damnifications caused by the changes in statute and/or the applications of Civil Aviation Authorities. For this reason, any additional right and/or compensation can not be claimed.
  • It is considered that the trainee has received the notifications which is stated to the address, e-mail address, phone number given by the trainee.

B) RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES(ORGANISATION):

  • It is obliged to perform the courses and exams.
  • The organisation has the right of changing the dates of courses and exams and must report this changes to trainee at least 24 hour before the date of relevant course and exam.
  • The organisation may work with a school/organisation which has EASA 147 basic training approval for EASA Part 66 basic training and exam services.
  • The organisation can provide licensing process from Germany civil aviation authority.(LBA)
  • National Civil Aviation Authority can be asked to inspect exams.
  • The trainings will be done in the classrooms approved iaw Part 147 requirments or in other classrooms provided by the organisation.
  • The organisation may make announcements of training Schedule and informations through the website skysafety.ir
  • The organisation never assure the trainees to pass exams.
  • The trainee must complete the trainings and exams within curent year. If not, the agreement is renewed according to provisions on renew-date.

C) LICENSE APPLICATION(by choice):

  • The organisation may follow the license application of the trainee against payment respective expense.
  • The documents that will be presented to the relevant authority shall be provided by the trainee, i.e license, transcript etc.
  • Official tuition fees that will be charged by the authority issuing the license are afforded by the trainee.

D) CANCELLING THE AGREEMENT:

  • The trainee must claim to cancel the agreement by self in written.
  • Reimbursement of expenses NOT paid in any way.
  • If the trainee who has cancelled the agreement before wants to complete the remaining training and/or exams, it is priced according to current prices.
  • If the trainee wants to cancel after the trainee apply for any examination, NO refunding.

E) SCOPE:

  • Performing the trainee’s EASA Part 66 trainings,
  • Organising the trainee’s EASA Part 66 exams,
  • Works that will be doing for license application of the trainee.
